5th Annual Michael T. Hartzell Rugby Classic

On Saturday March 26, 2016, the Youngstown Steel Valley Rugby Club will host the Fifth Annual Michael T. Hartzell Rugby Classic. The Rugby Classic honors Officer Michael T.
